Jay & Cindy Remodel the Bedroom Closet

We have one closet in our teeny one bedroom home. It spans the width of our bedroom and had two regular doors into it- one side of the closet for Jay and one side for me. I needed more room- I am a woman for goodness sakes!

I hit upon an idea to accomplish this, and the rest is history. First we pulled everything out of the closet and painted it all a creme white. Then we took off the closet door for my side, framed out a new wall four feet over from the closet, put in shelves and a pole and left it open... voila! More space for Cindy-it worked!
